Guided walking tour of Silver City, with emphasis on various Joyce descendants' buildings and places of interest—Mary O’Malley
- Evening festivities at the Joyce Ranch will include dry camping, furnished grills, and time to visit
Saturday June 13, 2015 – Joyce Ranch 150-year Celebration, 14549 Joyce Ranch Road, Murphy, Idaho Lawn chairs and pop up tents are welcome!
- 8:30am - 6pm—Registration
- 8:30am – 3pm Tours of the Joyce Ranch--Paul Nettleton
- Historical Society Members please meet at the Museum at 9am
- 9:30am – Welcome—Muffins, juice and coffee at the Ranch
- Noon – Potluck lunch on the meadow (bring a dish to share)
- 1pm – Joyce great-great-grandson, Martin Black: History of Ranching in the Owyhees, cow work demonstration at the Joyce corrals, near the meadow
- 1-5 pm—Displays of Joyce Ranch history, video presentations, free time to visit with family and old friends
- 3pm –Baxter, Swisher, Nettleton, and Joyce family sittings for photographs
- 4 pm—Old-fashioned children’s games on the meadow
- 4pm – Happy Hour (No host/BYOB)
- 5pm – Joyce Ranch program—From Ireland to Idaho
- 6pm – Catered roast beef dinner for registered guests, sponsored by the Joyce Family, Wayne Hungate - Farm Bureau Insurance, Tom Hart and Jared Hart – Farm Bureau Insurance, Idaho Farm Bureau Federation, and Idaho Cattle Association
- 7pm – Live western music and dancing by Joni Harms and her band
- 8 pm--Fire pit for roasting S'mores
Sunday June 14, 2015 Closing Celebration
- 11 am – Catholic Mass on the Meadow at the Ranch
- Joyce Family Memorial of Loved Ones
- Noon—Potluck picnic lunch (bring a dish to share)
